• Native mobile applications distributed through Apple App Store
• Third-party services used by Apps (only for functional implementation, no user data upload)

Due to our Offline-First architecture, all data processing is done locally on the user's device. No user data is transmitted to any external servers. We do not collect any of the following data types:

• Identifiers: name, email, phone number, account ID, etc.
• Device data: device model, OS version, device identifiers (e.g., IDFA/GAID), etc.
• Usage data: app usage events, crash logs, performance metrics, etc.
• Location data: any form of geolocation information
• Payment data: any payment information or billing data

4 Data Usage

All data processing is done locally on the user's device for the following purposes:

• Providing, operating, and maintaining App functionality
• Saving user settings and preferences on local device
• Processing documents, images, and other content created and edited by users within the App

5 Legal Basis (EEA/UK)

In regions where applicable laws require (e.g., EU/EEA/UK), since we do not collect any user data, no user consent or legitimate interest is required for data processing. Our Apps fully comply with GDPR and other privacy regulations.

6 Data Sharing & Third Parties

Our Apps do not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, analytics tools, or tracking services. We only use Apple official frameworks for basic functionality, with no data transmission involved.

7 Age Restrictions & Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for users aged 13 and above. For regions with higher legal consent ages, we comply with local requirements. Since we do not collect any user data, there is no issue of collecting children's data.

8 International Data Transfers

Since all data processing is done locally on the user's device and no data transmission is involved, there are no international data transfer issues.

9 Data Retention

User data is stored entirely on the user's own device. Users can delete the App and all its data at any time. We do not retain any copies of user data.

12 App Store Compliance

We strictly comply with Apple App Store review guidelines:

• App Tracking Transparency (ATT): No tracking permission required as we do not track users
• Privacy Manifest: Completed all privacy manifest declarations, stating no use of frameworks or SDKs requiring disclosure
• Data Minimization: No unnecessary data collection

13 Analytics & Crash Reporting

Our Apps do not integrate any analytics or crash reporting tools. All data processing is done locally with no information sent to external services.

14 Legal Requests & Law Enforcement

Since we do not store any user data, we cannot respond to any legal requests or law enforcement demands regarding user data.

15 Policy Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Updated policies will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Apps indicates your acceptance of the modified policy.
